- Low Season* (Period 1 from 10 January to 31 March – Period 2 from 4 November to 23 December)
- High Season (Period 1 from April 1st to November 4th – Period 2 from December 23rd to January 10th)
* All holidays present in the low season are considered as high season days and / or bridges.

The reservation can be made: – by communicating the header, the number and the expiry date of the credit card or by paying the sum corresponding to the total amount of the stay by bank transfer to Lithos Rooms:

Cancellation: In case of cancellation or modification of the reservation up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. In case of late cancellation or modification of the reservation or no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.
Children and extra beds / cots: only on request and subject to availability (cot + 10 € | extra bed + 25 €).
Pets: Small pets are allowed at an additional cost of € 10 per stay.
Any type of extra bed / cot / animal available upon request and subject to confirmation by the hotel.
Supplements are not included in the total cost of the stay and must be paid separately at the hotel.
The rates exclude € 2 city tax per night per person, with direct payment at the hotel. Tourist tax Free for children under 14. The tax applies for the first 3 consecutive days.
